Newsletter and Emails

Our newsletter is a periodic email that will keep you up to date with what's happening on the site. We understand that you probably don't want to be bombarded with emails from many sources, so this email will be brief and contain only information relevant to the site. You can subscribe here, by entering your name, email address and a password (the other settings are optional).

The newsletter may have space for our sponsors, but under no circumstances will your email be given to third parties.

Occasionally some members report problems with getting emails from us. Here are some things to check:

  1. Has your email administrator inadvertantly put our website on a spam list? Sometimes this can occur when members in your organisation decide that it's easier to ask the administrator to block our website instead of unsubscribing themselves from the newsletter.
  2. Have you inadvertantly flagged our website as a Junk mail sender in Outlook? You can add our website to your exception list to stop newsletters being flagged as spam.
  3. We regularly verify email addresses to ensure we aren't sending emails out that may bounce. If your address has been bouncing due to server problems, network problems, email congestion at your end or a full email box then the chances are you will not get email for a couple of weeks.

Do you use a Spam Filter?

Many Spam Filters can filter legitimate emails. If you are using spam filters for the email address that you entered in our website signup form, please make sure to whitelist our domain so that important email about your account will not end up in your Junk/Bulk Folders.

Here are instructions on how to whitelist for some email clients and services.
