Lexington, KY (March 31, 2010) – The American Shetland Pony Club and The American Miniature Horse Registry (ASPC/AMHR) attended the Kentucky Equine Youth Festival at the Kentucky Horse Park this past month to introduce their small equine to Kentucky youth.
Over 4,000 kids and their 4-H leaders flocked to Lexington from all over the state for an introduction to the eight equestrian disciplines that will be featured at the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games this fall.
ASPC/AMHR Director of Operations, Zona Schneider and the ASPC/AMHR Registry Queen, Ali Olander, were on hand to answer questions about the small equine.
