TOUZAINT’S TITLE DEFENCE STARTS HERE
Fontainebleau (FRA), 23 September 2009 – The countdown has begun to Nicolas Touzaint’s (FRA) defence of his European title. The defending champion rides Tatchou, an 11-year-old Anglo-Arab, for the home team in the HSBC FEI European Eventing Championships at Fontainebleau (FRA, 23 – 27 September), which kick off with the Dressage phase at 9am on Thursday 24 September morning.
“Of course I would like to win the individual gold medal again, but I would also like us to win the gold medal in the team event,” said Touzaint.

The 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games will celebrate the launch of ticket sales and the final year countdown to the Games on September 25, 2009 and you are invited to join the celebration around the world with a live Web stream of the celebration.
The festivities will feature live musical entertainment, prizes, and an official countdown to the ticket sale launch at Noon EST. Leadership of the World Games 2010 Foundation, athletes, and local celebrities will speak, and NBC’s Tom Hammond will emcee the event. Las Vegas, NV – September 23, 2009 – The High Roller Reining Classic is pleased to announce that it will be continuing its 2009 Stallion Services Silent Auction through December 5. The Stallion Services Silent Auction features the top reining stallions from across the country, and offspring will be eligible to win the Highest Placing Offspring award at the 2014 High Roller Reining Classic. The High Roller Reining Classic is the international “crown jewel” of western riding competition, and featured over $200,000 in added money and prizes. The horse show was held at the South Point Hotel and Casino, September 4 -12, 2009.
This is the first year that the Stallion Services Silent Auction is being held, and bidding began September 4 at this year’s High Roller Reining Classic. Interested parties have the opportunity to bid through December 5 at 6:00 p.m. at highrollerreiningclassic.com.
