There will be a meeting for the Region 8 potential team members for planning fundraising, coaching, and transportation to NAJYRC. The Connecticut Dressage Association Vista Vintage Award Program sponsors sessions geared toward the care and training of the older horse.

Another exciting addition this year is renowned Arabian trainer Mary Trowbridge will be speaking on What Riders from all Disciplines Can Learn from Each Other.

Once again Susan Sieber will oversee educational and fun activities for the youngest children with the assistance of Nonnewaug students.

Thanks to very generous sponsorship from The Kuehner Foundation, the fee for each day will be $20 for adults and $10 for youth (if application is received by January 23). The day fee includes lunch.  The program takes place at the Nonnewaug Regional School in Woodbury, CT. The Heritage Hotel, 522 Heritage Rd, Woodbury, CT is offering a special hotel rate for "Dressage4kids" participants. As the schedule is finalized details will be available at www.dressage4kids.com.

This will be a lovely opportunity to meet and network with riders, parents, and instructors from other disciplines as well as different areas of the country.
