The Women's Horse Industry Association is pleased to announce that the Equestrian Aid Foundation (EAF) will participate at the 2010 conference September 22-23, 2010 in Louisville, Kentucky.

The EAF will participate as an exhibitor. The Equestrian Aid Foundation was established to assist anyone in the horse world suffering from life threatening illnesses, catastrophic accidents or injuries by providing financial support for their medical or other basic needs.

"We're thrilled to be part of the growing WHIA conference," said Sheryl Kursar, managing director of the EAF. "The Equestrian Aid Foundation a nonprofit that is inclusive of all illnesses, injuries, riding disciplines and horse-related professions. The conference is a wonderful opportunity to share our mission and good works with like-minded people who understand the need of helping those in our community when they need it most. As medical and living expenses continue to climb in an already poor economy, the need for EAF services are greater than ever."

"There are a lot of horse people who for one reason or another get injured or suffer illnesses and this foundation is there to help. We are very pleased to have them participate at our conference and help them spread the word about their wonderful services to the equestrian communities," states WHIA Executive Director, Catherine Masters.

This year's theme at the WHIA conference is "Marketing and Making the Most of Your Horse Industry Business" and is open to members and non-members. For a complete list of speakers and panels please visit the WHIA website at www.womenshorseindustry.com or call (615) 730-7833.
