Clicker Training Expert Offers Tips & Tele-Seminars – FREE!

Shawna Karrasch, the CEO and founder of On Target Training, recently launched her updated clicker training web site, www.ShawnaKarrasch.com, as well as a new tele-seminar site, www.AskShawna.com. Shawna’s animal training career didn’t start with horses. She spent nearly ten years perfecting her clicker training skills at Sea World of California with killer whales, dolphins, and other marine mammals. Almost twenty year ago Shawna was invited to attend her first grand prix show jumping event and was curious to learn more about how horses were trained. The more she learned the more she was convinced that using the reward reinforcement system with horses could accelerate their learning curve and encourage the desire to perform. Top trainer John Madden was so impressed that in 1995, the Madden farm became the testing facility for adapting the training process for horses and On Target Training evolved. Olympic medalist Beezie Madden found her horses "began to have an idea of when they were doing something right, and then they clearly had the desire to do the right thing!"
